Benefits of the Specsavers approach to 360� Feedback:

• Individuals receive an individual report that is specifically focussed on the areas of behaviour relevant to your organisation.

• Individuals receive a mix of numerical ratings and narrative comments on each area of behaviour. Narrative comments are relevant to the specific individual and highlight areas of strength and areas for development in each area.

• The data is presented in a visually attractive format that is easy to understand and use.

• The feedback is given in confidence and is not named by individual. This helps create more honest feedback as individuals often feel uncomfortable giving their views if they feel it could be identified.

• The questionnaires can all be administered electronically, reducing the need for paperwork and administrative support
